English for Academic Purposes (August)

Students enrolled in current Master's and Bachelor's Degree programmes are required to have excellent English language skills, both in speaking and in writing.

This course helps you to write better academic papers in English, and to improve your spoken English. Throughout the course you will improve your fluency, vocabulary and your confidence when speaking English. You will be working on several aspects of writing, such as the structure of your paper, text cohesion and style issues. Your own written work will be used during this course as well. Besides, you will be practicing different aspects of presenting and you will receive feedback both from the language trainer and from the other participants.

After you apply, you will be asked to do a placement test to assess your English language skills. On the basis of this test result, we will suggest a course which meets your needs.
