The goal of the course is upgrading the interpreters’ passive knowledge of legal Dutch through lectures on topical issues, as well as improving their active command of the Dutch language (C-level).
An average day consists of a lecture by a legal field expert and a Dutch language class, in which the participants will analyse various recordings and read and discuss articles on legal issues.

Interpreters at the European Union who have reached C1 level (CEFR). You are required to do a placement test developed by Babel!
The placement test consists of two parts: multiple choice and writing. A teacher will assess your language skills. On the basis of your test result you will get an advice about which course is suitable for you.
