Subjects that are covered include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and new technologies and financial law. The Public International Law course will look at the role of international law in responding to today's global challenges. Together, we will examine the nature and function of international law, its sources and subjects, international dispute settlement, questions of jurisdiction and immunities, state responsibility, as well as international security law.

This track deals with the highlights of Law & Economics and Europe. In the first part, the effects of European Competition Law on the economy are discussed. In the second part of this track the effects of Financial Law on the (European) Economy and the Eurocrisis are discussed. In both weeks students are asked to formulate sustainable solutions for current issues in the domain of European Law and Economics.
